Enter through the big iron gates into the mill carpark and head straight forward towards the theatre.
At the left of the theatre doors you can find a silver metal intercom next to a large black iron door.
Press the down arrow on the keypad to find Heartless Hands Club (#103)
Press the bell button to call up to the studio where you will be let in.
